Vernon Capital chiefly invests in IPO & pre-IPO funding rounds in companies that look to approach the public markets within <18 months. Vernon also anticipates committing additional capital in IPOs through its existing relationships with the major underwriters throughout Wall Street.

IPO Offerings

For IPO offerings, Vernon is able to provide significant capital for private companies during their fundraising round, and also supporting the IPO by purchasing additional shares in the after-market.

Late Stage Pre-IPO

For late-stage Pre-IPO companies (typically <18 months before the planned date), Vernon works directly with private companies to provide guidance and capital support in preparation for a public debut.
